Textbook Information
Welcome to PPR! I’m looking forward to meeting all of you soon.
There are two required books for this course.
- Model Rules: ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, 2025 Edition.
- You may purchase the 2022, 2023, or 2024 editions of the rules instead of the 2025 version. However, these earlier editions do not include the most recent changes to the model rules. If you purchase an earlier edition, you will need to supplement it with a handout of the updated rules, which I will provide.
2. Casebook: Jefferson, et al., Professional Responsibility: A Contemporary Approach (5th Edition, 2023).
- I recommend against purchasing an earlier edition of the casebook. This casebook is now a couple of years old, so there should be used (and hopefully cheaper) copies available for purchase online.
